ABOUT TWO MONTHS RENT JEWELRY how is your jewelry produced? all of our pieces are made by hand. no two pieces are alike and slight imperfection is part of the one of a kind appeal. how do i care for my purchase? do not operate heavy machinery while wearing two months rent jewelry. it was not designed to withstand this kind of use. on a more serious note, it is recommended that jewelry not being worn be stored in the packaging it was delivered to you in. it will help with keeping the finish in good condition. all sterling silver oxidizes, or becomes darker over time. we have intentionally oxidized our silver through a special process. oxidized sterling silver may become lighter with wear, which is part of the one of a kind appeal of two months rent jewelry. cleaning oxidized sterling silver may strip off the finish. we do not recommend cleaning oxidized sterling silver. ORDERING INFORMATION is my information secure? all of your information is private and will never be shared or sold. all credit card authorization is processed via pay pal. do you do custom orders? yes! we do offer customized pieces as well as chain lengths. email us to let us know what you are looking for and we will be happy to provide a consultation. DELIVERY INFORMATION when will i receive my order? most pieces are hand made at the time of purchase. some items may take up to three weeks for production due to material availability. if you need to receive an item more quickly, contact us at orders@twomonthsrent.com, and we will do our best to accommodate requests. how will my order ship? orders ship ups ground, and may be in transit two to four days. orders cannot be shipped to p.o. boxes. shipping cost is twelve dollars for the first item, and five dollars for each additional item. we do not ship internationally at this time and apologize for any inconvenience. please check back at a later time for international shipping. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS what if i need to return or exchange an item? in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact within thirty days by email at orders@twomonthsrent.com. we will provide instructions on how to send it back. when the item is received in its original condition, we will process a refund for the full amount. what is your cancellation policy? here at two months rent, we have a 24 hour buyers remorse policy. please be sure of your purchase before placing an order. if you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible via email at orders@twomonthsrent.com. if the order has already shipped within the time 24 hour period, the merchandise may be returned for a refund of the original price less the shipping costs. please note that all custom orders are not applicable to the cancellation policy.
